55r Terms & Conditions — Please read before using the platform

1 General Terms & Definitions

In these terms and conditions, "55r", "we", and "us" refer to the 55r platform and its operating entity. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to any individual who is registered on 55r and uses the platform.

55r is an online betting and gaming platform offering Sports Betting, casino games, and lottery services to users in Bangladesh. By using the platform, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these terms and conditions.

1.1 Scope of Applicability

These terms and conditions apply equally to the 55r website, mobile app, live chat service, and all other digital platforms. They take effect whenever you access the platform from any device or via any connection.

1.2 Language & Interpretation

Although these terms are written in Bengali, the authoritative legal document is prepared in English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail. A Bengali translation is always made available for the convenience of our members.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following eligibility criteria must be met to open an account with 55r. 55r reserves the right to close any account at any time if these conditions are not satisfied.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Each individual may create only one account.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Only one account may be registered per mobile number.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

55r may verify a member's identity at any time to ensure security. This process may require a copy of your National ID, Birth Certificate, or Passport. KYC verification is mandatory before processing large withdrawals.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify 55r Support immediately. Allowing anyone else to use your account is a breach of these terms.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

55r currently accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases. Bank transfers may take 3–6 hours to process.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• A daily maximum deposit limit may apply.
• Deposits are non-refundable once completed.
• Depositing using another person's payment account is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Payment Processing

All payment transactions are processed through secure SSL encryption. 55r will never ask for your mobile banking PIN or password. If anyone requests this information, it is a scam — contact support immediately.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Certain conditions must be met to withdraw winnings from 55r. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 1 hour, though the verification process may occasionally cause delays.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳1,00,000
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the member's own name.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.

4.1 Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed for the following reasons:

• If account identity verification is incomplete.
• If the bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Upon detection of suspicious transaction activity.
• If the name on the withdrawal account does not match the name on the deposit account.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

55r regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To use this bonus, a specified wagering requirement must be met — typically 10–20 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may only be used once per member.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum odds apply to bets placed using bonus balance.
• Bonuses will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified timeframe.
• 55r reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• Accounts found to be abusing bonuses may be suspended.

6 Betting Rules

All betting activity on 55r is governed by the rules set out below. All members are required to comply with these rules.

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is only valid once the system confirms it and the amount has been successfully deducted from the member's balance. Bets that fail to process due to technical issues are automatically voided and the funds are refunded.

6.2 Bet Cancellation Conditions

• If a match is abandoned or suspended, all related bets will be voided.
• 55r reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds.
• 55r is not liable for any losses caused by internet disconnection during live betting.
• If evidence of match manipulation is found, all bets placed on that match may be voided.

6.3 Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win limit may apply to single bets or parlay bets. This limit varies by game type and event. Contact support for specific details.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 55r. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using bots, automation software, or scripts.
• Bonus abuse or violation of promotional terms.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems or software.
• Opening an account using fraudulent information.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Match fixing or use of insider information.

8 Account Closure & Inactivity

55r may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Upon discovery of evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• 12 consecutive months of inactivity (prior notice will be given if a balance is present).
• At the member's own request.
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

8.1 Inactive Account Fee

A maintenance fee may be deducted monthly from accounts inactive for more than 12 months. Notice will be sent by email or SMS before the account balance reaches zero.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing. Reopening a closed account will require a new verification process.

9 Responsible Gaming

55r is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We want our members to play for entertainment — free from addiction or financial harm.

• Members can set their own daily/weekly deposit limits.
• You can request a temporary account lock for a set period of time.

11 Limitation of Liability

55r accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Technical failures on the part of third-party providers.
• Losses resulting from the member's own negligence or sharing their password.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government restrictions).
• Financial losses incurred by the member as a result of betting decisions.

The platform's maximum liability shall not exceed the member's active balance under any circumstances. Disputes will first be referred to the support team for resolution.

11.1 Service Interruptions

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues. We will endeavor to provide advance notice in such cases. 55r is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
